Jesse’s Credentials

Attorney Jesse Aschenberg offers a rich blend of courtroom expertise and personal experience as a divorced father of five. Well-versed in Colorado laws around divorce, family mediation and bankruptcy, Jesse also draws upon first-hand knowledge of the emotional and financial issues that surface in most divorce and family law issues.

Jesse received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and established his law practice in 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Colorado.

Jesse’s Background

To give back to the community, Jesse provides pro bono legal services to nonprofits such as Metro Volunteer Lawyers and the Justice and Mercy Legal Aid Center, and is active in the Colorado Bar Association’s efforts to support individuals battling addiction. Away from the office, Jesse, a Colorado native, enjoys exploring the state on a bike, hiking its majestic mountain ranges and occasionally performing with community music groups.

Our team is authorized to practice law anywhere in Colorado, although we primarily focus on helping clients in southeast Aurora, Parker and other communities in Arapahoe County and Douglas County. This focus provides a good grasp of each jurisdiction’s court system, as well as insights into the judges our clients will likely be facing.
We strive to keep all of our clients fully informed about every aspect of their case, from our initial discussion through resolution. Our team believes you not only deserve excellent representation, but you should understand how the process is working for you.

Jesse conducts an initial 30-minute free consultation via either Zoom meeting or phone call. Beyond that, we’ll meet with you in whatever way you find is most comfortable and to the degree that we believe you need to be best prepared for your case proceedings.
