General FAQs

Our team is authorized to practice law anywhere in Colorado, although we primarily focus on helping clients in southeast Aurora, Parker and other communities in Arapahoe County and Douglas County. This focus provides a good grasp of each jurisdiction’s court system, as well as insights into the judges our clients will likely be facing.
We strive to keep all of our clients fully informed about every aspect of their case, from our initial discussion through resolution. Our team believes you not only deserve excellent representation, but you should understand how the process is working for you.

Jesse conducts an initial 30-minute free consultation via either Zoom meeting or phone call. Beyond that, we’ll meet with you in whatever way you find is most comfortable and to the degree that we believe you need to be best prepared for your case proceedings.

There are many variables, complexities and uncontrollable factors at play in family law, child custody and bankruptcy cases, so that’s a hard question to answer without knowing the details of your situation. Schedule a free, no obligation consultation to best determine the cost of your case based on your unique situation.
